NextReset

NextReset puts public Codex reset announcements in one archive, with dates and links to the original posts. It labels automatic resets separately from banked credits. That distinction matters because a credit and an allowance that has already refreshed are different things.

The archive is a selected public record, not a complete account history. NextReset says a blank day means it has no entry, and that an announcement cannot show when a reset reaches an individual account. Its value is in making the source easier to find. It is an independent site, not an OpenAI service.

The homepage estimates the chance of an automatic reset over the next 24, 48 and 72 hours. Its methodology describes how historical gaps and public signals change those estimates. It also publishes assumptions about promises without precise delivery times.

Those explanations are useful, but they are not proof of predictive accuracy. The site reports that its 24-hour historical model did not beat a constant-rate baseline in its retrospective replay. That replay does not validate the extra weights applied to current announcements. Treat the percentages as an experiment, rather than a reason to plan work around an expected extra allowance.

The personal countdown has a narrower job. Enter the service, allowance type and reset time shown in your account, and the page provides a countdown. NextReset says those values stay in browser storage and are not sent by the timer form to its server. It does not read your account or discover your reset time for you.

The public interface and documentation were reviewed for this note. Countdown persistence and notifications were not tested. The privacy page says the site has no account or payment system; browser alerts are an optional subscription, while the announcement feed is also available through RSS.
