Planmoa (플랜모아)

A cancelled tutoring session can leave several loose ends. There may be a makeup lesson to arrange, homework to change and a session-based fee to check. Planmoa groups those records by student, alongside recurring lessons and monthly fee arrangements. Its public fee guide distinguishes recording an amount from checking whether a payment arrived or a reminder was sent. That is a useful distinction for a tutor who otherwise keeps the calendar in one place and payment notes in a chat thread.

Teachers sign in with Google. Students enter a teacher-issued code to open their own homework and class schedule without a Google sign-in. Planmoa's privacy notice describes a limited shared view and warns that anyone with the code can access it. Teachers should share codes only with the intended student or parent and replace a code if it leaks.

The notice says teacher records use Firebase Authentication and Realtime Database. It advises against entering unnecessary sensitive information. Account-wide deletion currently requires a request to the operator rather than an in-app bulk-delete control.

Planmoa is currently free, with a Korean interface. Fee entries are records of payments made elsewhere; they are not a payment-processing service. Its terms advise tutors to verify important lesson and fee records and keep backups because the service can change or become unavailable. This note draws on the public pages and guides, without entering a teacher account or student code.
