EverDay

EverDay gives all seven days space on one continuous board. Tasks can carry notes, times, reminders and tags, then move to a different day when plans change. Undated tasks stay in an Inbox until there’s a day for them. That makes the week, rather than a growing undated list, the main place to organize work.

The app is for iPhone and requires iOS 18 or later. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets provide another way to check plans; Siri and Shortcuts can add or complete tasks. Sync, Siri actions and reminder delivery weren’t tested here.

The weekly board, task details, time blocks, reminders, widgets and private iCloud sync are included free. EverDay Pro adds month view, recurring tasks, subtasks, automatic rollover, unlimited tags and the full set of themes. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. The App Store shows the localized price before purchase.

A recurring chore is a reason to look at Pro’s repeating tasks; occasional errands can be placed directly on the free weekly board.

EverDay’s October 15 privacy policy says tasks and notes are stored on the iPhone and can mirror through private iCloud. It says there’s no EverDay account or advertising, and planner content isn’t sent to RevenueCat. RevenueCat does receive purchase information, a random app user identifier and limited paywall analytics to manage Pro. The website separately uses Vercel Web Analytics.

Reminders and widgets can expose selected task details on a Lock Screen. The policy says notification titles and timing may be visible according to iOS preview settings, even though task notes aren’t included. Check iOS preview settings before putting sensitive plans in a Lock Screen widget or reminder.
