A closer look at Otper
A shared task workspace with named owners, multiple board views and reports on time spent in each stage and team workload.
Read the same cards in a different way
Otper's board guide describes four views of the same work. Kanban columns show the workflow, List gives a compact scan, Gantt places dated cards on a timeline, and Tickets puts a queue beside the selected card. Switching views changes your own display, without moving cards or changing what teammates see.
That is useful when a team needs a ticket queue for triage and a timeline for planning. It can use the same cards, owners and history for both conversations.
Find the stage where work waits
Cards can carry assigned members, start and due dates, labels, checklists, attachments and comments. Moves between lists form part of the activity history. Otper uses that history to report how long cards spend at each stage, alongside workload and overdue work. A queue building up in review gives a team a specific stage to investigate.
The standard free plan lists unlimited projects, up to three teammates and core reporting. Pro is $12 per user per month, with unlimited members and fuller reports. The pricing page also advertises a limited early-user offer of unlimited teammates and full reporting for free. Its duration is not stated, so a team should confirm the offer before planning around it.
Keep shared work in mind
Otper is an online collaboration workspace. Its privacy policy covers task content, attachments, account details and usage data, with visibility governed by workspace roles. The terms say team content may remain available after a contributor leaves or deletes their account.
