A closer look at Slarivo Leads
A web workspace for assigning enquiries, keeping lead notes and organizing team follow-ups.
Who is taking the next conversation?
A shared list of enquiries is more useful when each record has an owner and a next step. Slarivo Leads puts notes and scheduled follow-ups beside a lead, with a pipeline for tracking its stage and a team calendar for planned conversations. It is aimed at teams handling ordinary business enquiries.
The public demo loads without sign-in and labels its records as fictional. Its overview separates active leads, an unassigned pool and overdue follow-ups. The displayed won value is explicitly booked value before payment collection. Those distinctions help a team read the dashboard without mistaking a recorded deal for money received. ProjectRadar inspected the demo screens, without creating an account or testing real team access.
Follow-up records are not delivery receipts
The service terms say calls and WhatsApp messages open an external application. Slarivo does not automatically confirm delivery, reading, call duration or payment. It can organize the work around a conversation, but the team still needs to record what happened.
Core access is currently free and requires no credit card, subject to maintenance and fair-use limits. The terms promise no uptime or backup-recovery service level. Keep independent copies of business-critical records.
Connecting an assistant changes who can see the data
AI connections are optional. The privacy notice says selected workspace information may be sent to an authorized external AI provider, and the terms say instructions through that connection can create or change records. Review the provider, selected workspace and permissions before enabling access. Revocation prevents future connector access but cannot recall information already sent.
The service describes application encryption for phone numbers and note bodies, while acknowledging privileged operator access. It is not end-to-end encrypted and is not intended for sensitive regulated records. The policy also discusses possible future commercial analytics services, subject to further notice and permissions; it does not authorize current sale of identifiable customer records.
