A closer look at Qiuzhaowang Autofill — 秋招网网申助手
A Chinese-language Chrome and Edge extension for graduates filling repeated campus recruitment application forms. It is free in beta with registration. Users review the filled fields and submit applications themselves, and it never submits automatically. The parent Qiuzhaowang site has separate paid membership features.
What it does
Campus recruitment in China means typing the same name, phone number, school, major and internship history into one company application portal after another. Qiuzhaowang Autofill, listed in Chinese as 网申助手, is a desktop Chrome and Edge extension that stores that information once and fills it into each new form. The extension and its site are in Chinese.
The flow has a deliberate pause in it. On an application page you scan the form first, and the extension shows a preview that sorts fields into ones it can fill, ones it will leave as they are, and ones you'll have to do by hand. It fills nothing until you've checked that. CAPTCHAs, file attachments and the final submit button are left to you, and you can undo a fill, fix your saved profile and scan again.
Where your data goes
The site says profile values such as your name, contact details and education stay in the current browser and aren't uploaded. When the extension can't match a field locally, it may send the field's label, control type and available options to Qiuzhaowang to work out the match. During the beta it logs diagnostics like the site domain, extension version, steps taken, field counts and errors, and keeps them for up to 90 days. It doesn't log full application URLs, what you typed into forms, passwords or cookies. A more detailed anonymized field diagnostic stays off unless you turn it on.
Limits right now
Scanning and previewing work without logging in, but filling requires a free Qiuzhaowang account. The extension is free in beta, while the parent recruitment site has separate paid membership features. Compatibility is the main open question. It relies on generic field recognition, and the site's own status list says Moka and Hotjob forms have only been partly checked and 51job campus forms are still being verified. Complex dropdowns, multi-step forms and multiple work experiences need checking field by field. That candor about coverage helps, and the preview step means a wrong match should show up before it lands in a form.
