The content policy, updated September 27, 2026, bans nudity and sexual content of any kind, including undressing edits of a real person's photo, anything that sexualizes minors, and images of real people made without their consent or used to impersonate them. The privacy policy, updated October 13, 2026, says deleting a result from your gallery removes the stored image and any reference photos straight away, though a limited internal safety or quality sample may be kept separately.
