PixelNOW

PixelNOW is an independent GeForce NOW client for Apple Silicon Macs. Its catalog combines search, filters, favorites and a game detail panel, giving players a place to choose a game and launch a streaming session.

Interlaced Pixel’s product page shows the catalog and library screens and describes NVIDIA OAuth sign-in with support for multiple accounts. The software is proprietary, although its repository is publicly viewable on GitHub.

Local recording is one of the more interesting additions. The app includes a recordings browser, and the current release notes describe a recording editor with timeline controls and export handling. For someone who wants to keep clips of a cloud gaming session, that is a concrete reason to look beyond the game launcher.

The product page also lists controls for bitrate, display settings and server location, alongside session diagnostics. Those settings offer things to adjust; they do not establish how well a particular game will stream on your connection.

Downloads are published through GitHub releases. The repository’s introductory installation section still says instructions will arrive with an official release, so the release page is the clearer starting point.

PixelNOW supplies the client. You still need GeForce NOW access. It is most relevant to existing users with an Apple Silicon Mac who want account switching, recordings and session information in one desktop app.
