A closer look at RapportScore
A web coaching service that analyzes recorded conversations, connects feedback to timestamped moments, and offers lessons and AI voice role-play.
Find a moment to discuss
A coaching session can start with a vague account of how a conversation went. RapportScore gives it a more specific starting point by linking feedback to timestamped moments in an uploaded voice or video recording. Its public walkthrough also describes a meeting bot and calendar connections for capturing conversations.
Ask Coach answers questions about the available conversation evidence and cites the relevant moments. For example, a coach could revisit an exchange where a request became unclear, then discuss the wording with the client.
Turn feedback into practice
Lessons and Ask Alex voice role-play give the user somewhere to rehearse a response before the next real conversation. The useful connection is between a passage in the recording and a skill to practise afterward.
The dashboard includes communication scores, but the privacy policy describes them as probabilistic AI outputs. Read them alongside the recording and its context. They don't establish someone's ability or the quality of a relationship.
The pricing page checked on October 13, 2026 lists Starter at $59 a month with 10 hours of video analysis. Additional analysis costs $8 per hour at that tier. Higher-capacity plans are also listed.
Check consent before uploading
The privacy policy makes the uploader responsible for obtaining participant consent. It also describes third-party processing of audio, video and text for transcription and AI analysis. A recording brings other people's words into that workflow, so this is a decision to make before uploading.
This note covers the public product and policy pages. No recording was uploaded and the coaching workflow wasn't tested.
