Pocket Screen

Masaki Iino, who makes Pocket Screen, says he built it for working away from his usual desk with only a laptop display, when filling in tools like Salesforce, Notion or Jira meant switching back and forth to emails and notes, and resizing a web app could change its layout. He says capture and the floating views run locally on the Mac with no separate account, while downloads and purchases go through the App Store. His own most frequent use is keeping part of a long-running generative AI task in view, so a finished result or a request for approval doesn't get missed behind other windows. He describes this as watching the app's screen, not an integration with the AI service. For a first try, he suggests floating one thing you already refer to, such as an email or a note, and for long CRM forms, using Freeze to keep a still image of the top of the form while you scroll further down the original.
