The homepage demo shows the core idea with a fictional stationery brand. Its base list prices a notebook at $8.00 and a greeting card at $3.50. One stockist gets a 10% discount, so the notebook drops to $7.20. A second stockist has the same discount but a fixed price of $6.80 on the notebook, because fixed prices override the customer discount. Each catalog carries its currency and version number, so you can tell which price list a buyer received.

The workflow has three steps. Upload a CSV or XLSX file, match photos by SKU and review the changes before saving. Set customer discounts and fixed prices item by item. Then pick a template and paper size, check the pages and export.

The free workspace takes up to 500 products and 30 customers and includes imports, image matching, customer pricing, three templates with A4 and US Letter previews, and saved product versions and catalog history. It doesn't generate PDFs of your own products, though fictional sample PDFs are free to download. Studio costs $19 a month and adds A4 and US Letter PDF exports and ZIP batches of separate customer PDFs, with up to 100 customer PDFs per billing period.

The privacy policy, last updated October 22, 2026, lists Hostinger for hosting and private files, Cloudflare, optional Google sign-in, Resend for sign-in codes and Stripe for payments, and says the app has no advertising trackers. Import source data is kept for 30 days and generated PDFs and ZIPs for 90 days, so download what you need to keep.
