PuzzleGenio puts a long list of puzzle makers behind one menu: crossword, word search, sudoku, jigsaw, word scramble, nonogram, bingo card, cryptogram and maze, plus a "double puzzle" where solving a set of scrambles reveals a hidden message. Each one can be played in the browser with a timer, shared as a link, or downloaded to print.

The classroom angle shows in the details. Sudoku comes in four difficulty levels and can be batch printed as worksheets. Bingo makes up to 30 unique cards at once with a caller list. Word scrambles include boxed answer spaces, first-letter hints and answer keys. There are ready-made starting points for vocabulary practice, ESL lessons, five-minute openers and holiday sheets. The AI parts are optional. The crossword maker can suggest words and clues from a theme, word search has AI themes and more than 20 vocabulary packs, and bingo can fill its grid with AI-picked words.

You don't need an account to use any generator. The free plan gives standard print quality, PDF, PNG and SVG downloads with a small watermark, AI help for everyday use, a few saved puzzles and share links that stay live for 30 days. It's supported by ads.

Pro removes the watermark and ads, raises print quality, adds unlimited AI and saved puzzles, keeps share links up for a year and includes a commercial license. It costs $69 a year, or $14.99 for a one-off 30-day pass that doesn't renew. Events, at $139 a year or $29.99 for 30 days, adds one thing on top: guests see no ads on puzzles you share, which helps if you're running a quiz night or a class activity. Students and teachers with a .edu email can get a year of Pro for $49.

PuzzleGenio is operated by Wyattly LLC, registered in Wyoming. The privacy policy, last updated September 2026, says accounts need an email, uploaded jigsaw photos are stored on Cloudflare R2, and the AI features send OpenAI only the theme, difficulty and word count you choose, not your account details. It also says your data isn't used to train AI models. Free pages show Google AdSense ads, which can be personalized unless you opt out.
